Digital Visualization Guidance

In the world of Confidence visualization is king. Michael Jordan said he dropped more free throws in his mind than he ever did in his career. Hank Aaron credits a lot of his success to visualizing himself doing  well in game time situations before ever entering the dugout. Sometimes young athletes have trouble imagining and visualizing themselves doing well at their sport because of their current failures. At Peak One we use film and pictures to create highlight reels for our athletes. These films show the player succeeding at their sport. We put thier favorite music to the film and create a great emotional attachment to the images. This film can be watched to build the players confidence over, and over again.
