Off Season–Pre Season–In Season Training

At Peak one we understand how to train our student-athletes specific to the time of year. Off Season weight or strength training is not the same program as pre season for any sport. The idea is to build strength in the off season. In the pre season athletes need to continue to build strength but at a slower pace than the off season. It’s at the pre-season where building muscle memory in sport specific movement increases, to get ready for competition. In season training is designed to continue building strength at a comfortable pace, and work with the sport specific movements to increase proper mechanical structures and perfect the movements of your sport for ultimate performance. The number of days athletes train in the different seasons canvary as well as the types and intensity of the exercises. Peak One Performance has a program for your athlete for all 3 seasonal cycles regardless of age, size, athleticism, or sport.
